Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Assistant
Location: Salisbury, Maryland
Employment Type: Full-Time (35 – 40 hours per week)
Schedule: Monday – Saturday (alternating Saturdays; Monday & Friday half days; Tuesday – Thursday full days)

Position Summary
The Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Assistant plays a key role in both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with patients, can manage multiple responsibilities, and takes pride in supporting a smooth, efficient office flow.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Collect co-payments and accurately post payments to patient ledger
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Maintain front desk organization and ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage therapy bay area and assist patients with prescribed therapies
- Set up patients on mechanical traction and monitor treatment sessions
- Support the chiropractor with clinical and administrative tasks as needed
- Uphold patient confidentiality and maintain a clean, safe environment
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma
- Ability to obtain a Chiropractic Assistant (CA) license through the Maryland Board of Chiropractic (with guidance from our practice)
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Clean background check and fingerprint clearance
Preferred:
- Previous experience in chiropractic or medical office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with team-oriented attitude
