EPIC Statement of Grace

At East Park Integrative Chiropractic, we believe good care begins with a clear and respectful relationship.

Our responsibility is to listen carefully, examine thoughtfully, explain what we find in understandable terms, and recommend care we believe is appropriate for you. We will be honest about what we think we can help, what may require another approach, and when referral or further evaluation is warranted.

We will not promise a cure or guarantee an outcome. We will promise to give your concerns our attention, apply our clinical experience thoughtfully, and work with you toward meaningful improvement.

Questions are always welcome. We want you to understand what we are doing, why we are doing it, what it may cost, and what progress we reasonably hope to see. If something is unclear, please ask. If something does not feel right, please tell us.

Your care is a partnership. We will bring our knowledge, judgment, attention to detail, and recommendations. You bring your goals, your preferences, your questions, and the decisions that are ultimately yours to make.

We will periodically ask whether your care is helping. If it is not progressing as expected, we will say so and reconsider the plan rather than simply continue doing more of the same.

We also recognize that health is influenced by more than what happens in our office. Activity, sleep, work, stress, habits, previous injuries, and other medical conditions can all matter. When appropriate, we will discuss those factors honestly and help you decide what deserves attention.

Above all, we want our interactions with you to be characterized by integrity, clarity, respect, and genuine concern for your well-being.
